Post help finding a Christian book on hunting

First of all let me state that this post is not intended in any form or fashion to start a religious debate here. I ACTUALLY am looking for this book.

I believe the title was "Why God Wants You to Hunt." I spotted it several years back in a Christian book store and didn't have the cash for it back then. I would really like to find it now, but amazon doesn't list it and I can't find any place on the internet that makes reference to it so the title might be a little off.

Anyway any help is appreciated.

Thanks

GoodOlBoy

GOB, do you have any idea who the Author is? Also if you have a Good book store they may be able to help you out finding it and/or ordering it. Maybe go online to Christian Bookstore. com and checking there. Just some thoughts.

Nope can't remember the Author either gspsonny03.

I have looked at that book gumpokc and am thinking about ordering it, but nope that isn't it. I have a feeling that like many Christian books this was probably a small press item that is going to be hard to find. Thanks for the lead with the hunting site I will see about shooting them the question when I get a chance from work (Surfing on dialup from home is driving me nuts today)

Thanks again

Just a note about this thread. Don't want to sound verbose but I can always turn a small sentence into a book.

Rocky I don't want to steal your thunder and if you want to delete this post you have my understanding and I won't have any second thoughts about it.

So here goes. I belong to another forum called Handloading for Hunting. They have alingned themselves with the Christian Outdoor Fellowship of America. COFA.

So for any of you folks who have an inkling to be religious you might want to check out the site. It's small at the present time do to the fact it's new and there are sooo many other gun or hunting forums.

It's a daunting experience to start a "new" site nowadays.

So take a look at it. As the old slogan goes, "try it. you might like it".

Find the site at http://ironknees.proboards56.com/index.cgi

Best wishes, Bill

Steve Chapman has written many books about hunting and fishing, and all have a Christian theme to them. Two of my favorites are "Life from a Der Stand" and "What I Want my Son to Know".

I know that doesn't answer your original question, but I throw it out there for waht it's worth.

I am always up for a good read. I am in the process of trying to pick up several of those suggested, but since I no longer order anything online (Had some bad bad problems the last few times) I am having to order through my local hastings, and that sometimes is like pulling teeth.
