sheds yet?

I was rabbit hunting last week in central missouri and stumbled on a big 8 point shed (only one side though).

It already chewed on though.

It's hard to figure out when exactly you should be looking. If you go too early, the deer still have the antlers on their head. If you go a couple weeks too late you find them chewed on.
It's a crap shoot.
