Darn

I'd lose that in a heartbeat in a duck marsh. Sorry ya had to buy a Browning..but if it fits and ya can hit with it.... who cares!? Hope you have good luck shooting it. BTW they put Special Steel on 'em all.

Honestly, I cannot even think about shooting a 3.5" shell out of an o/u or pump gun. I think it would send me to the hospital. Let us know how it works out next hunting season.

Glad you got what YOU wanted hofts, that's why there's lots of choices in the world, so you can pick out something that appeals to you. Have fun with it, but I'll also agree with the others on watching and remembering where you put it down

Hofts,
You have OU guns that cost more than a Citori, but not one is built stronger or will last longer. The Citori is simply a tough shotgun, that is, in a comparison a great shotgun. When I get on the big bird going to RSA or Argentina ever year, guess what goes with me, my 525 guns.

However, if you must lay the gun down, throw your orange hat next to it. My hunting buddy put his camo gun down to relieve himself and walked off, then remembered the gun. It took us two hours to find the gun.....

I had a camo gun

First time I used it I set it up in the marsh(in the dark) while we set the decoys out. Couldn't find the gun till almost shooting time. I really felt like a goober. Come to think on it...I was a goober. It was a Rem 11-87..Yep...I was a goober BUT I did find it! Oh BTW I don't need to shoot 3 1/2 inch shells in a fixed breech gun either. Did it one time. Killed the snow goose and my shoulder at the same time. I WAS a goober! I was laying on the ground shooting directly overhead..yep..you guessed it. Goober!!
