Extended Ejector for a 1911A1 Milspec
Looking into replaceing my ejector with an extended ejector. Looking at the Cylinder & Slide Extended at midwayusa

???? Who's Swenson
Well dear Son of mine,
I know that where gun parts are concerned you don't allways get what you pay for. That said, I have never heard of Swenson, they may be a very good company and have perfectly good parts. I hope someone else can answer that question. In my opinion I would go with either Ed Brown or Cylinder and Slide. The Springfield should be a good choice also. I've had experience with these. Armand Swenson was building race guns and improving 45's back in the 50's and 60's. If I am not mistaken he invented the Ambidextrous Safety. He was also into many other improvements. He could build a 45 that was smoother than greased ball bearings on glass and functioned flawlessly. His work was highly sought after by us folks that participated in the Southeast Asia War Games.
