To counter that, but not to start an argument, let me say that I do not wish to be the precedent-setting case of the guy convicted because he used handloads.

I concur and agree.....but I think that there is going to be a whole lot of other stuff going on with the case for someone to be convicted, and that the use of handloads being the only reason for a conviction in a justafiable shooting is remote.

Shoot 'em with a shotgun..Dove loads first and then some nice lead BB's..At 25 ft..it really won't matter.

Guys, this was in reference to suits AFTER the fact....IE 'you loaded those rounds to do massive harm'....I assure you that ALL guidelines to Deadly Force will be met...God forbid I ever have to! Dan
