Get the cheapest one you can find and then pour on the aftermarket goodies. I can remember when 10/22s sold for $50 new, but that was a while ago.
I found one in a plowed field once, clearly having been run over by the plows. The only salvageable parts were the receiver and bolt. In the end, I spent more on parts than a new one would've cost me, but I have a free 10/22!!!
