Great News!!!
Gentlemen,
Thanks for the good news! I havent reloaded for a few years but it looks like I'll FINALLY have some time for it now. I can't wait to use my powders all up. By the way what on earth happened to all the reloading stock? Is this all due to our new socialistic administration or sheer panic or greed or what! Whatever it is it is disgusting!!! At any rate thanks for the info!

With powder you can tell by the smell. If it is still sealed it will last for many more than 15 years. As for the primers they will also last a long time if properly stored. The only way I know of to check them is to try some in empty cases and if they seem good try them in some loaded rounds.
