Good point Skeet. That's how this guy got in the White House to begin with. The younger generation today only cares about themselves, and Obama played into that by saying "we're going to give you this, and give you that, and make the middle class pay for it". Thus, the young people (and there were probably some older folks as well) voted him in. I see it everyday where I work (in Boston), people have no consideration for other people....it's a "what are you going to do for me" attitude. They care nothing for preserving this country and it's heritage. Their attitude is: "if I don't get what I want, then I'll move on" (even to another country, if need be).

Now...I know I am probably generalizing here about young people. I am sure there are a good number who actually want to preserve this nation's heritage. However, the masses have spoken (thus, Obammy in the House), and it will take a good amount of effort on our part to change their way of thinking (i.e. clue them in on some common sense).

I hate to say this but we will never be able to get the younger generation acquire any common sense. They may acquire some from experience.. But that is even doubtful. And I also hate to say this...but it is OUR fault. Our children were not taught anything by US. We wanted things better for our children than we had it. Don't know abut you but when I was a young'un we were poor. Oh we had food on the table and clothes to wear..but as far as money..what was that?? We went out and worked..we didn't depend on someone else for our needs. We made it so our children didn't have this background..and I think they lost a lot of character building experiences because of US. Oh my kids worked...but not like we did.. Not all kids are this way but too much of the majority are. We protected our children from the very things that build character and self reliance. OUR BAD!! We provided for them and they came to expect someone to do it for them..now the gummit will provide
