Your are correct, but I think its a beginning to returning to a better Australia. We still, for the moment have our firearms and need to keep fighting to keep them. If we had a legitimate leader in the White House instead of the pretender masquerading as a leader, then the Australian Presidents statements could be applied here also. Just my thoughts. Do not be fooled by the blue suit with a mouth. Rudd is a foaming at the mouth anti gun butt wipe.
When you have "explained" the draconian laws to everyone, things calm down when folks finally figure out they have no liberty nor the means to secure the liberty they just had taken away. It is not better it is just more calm. Perhaps when you know that the land of Ozz does not have a constitution, only government regulations, do you relize just how sinister Rudd's comments truly are.
