If you should "accidently" shoot one of those funny "dogs", check it out to see if it is wearing a collar. If it is, throw at least the collar on the back of an 18 wheeler going down the interstate.

Just remember that if it has a collar..then you have proof it was "released" in the area. So they can't really lie about releasing 'em then. Just break the collar so they can't find it. Course you can always say YOU found it..just laying out there. SSS
