America today..Who won the war?

All the photos I figured would take up too much space but they showed Hiroshima in 1945 after it was flattened.

Then photos now in 2010 with one of the largest full blown cities in the world.

Then photos of Detroit in 2010. Could be any city in America. Buildings sitting empty, falling down. Mills torn to the ground never to be active again. Not a soul anywhere. No jobs. America now. So what did happen to all the radiation?
