Bull Tag in Hand

Well, part of the wait is over....recieved my 3d season Bull Tag for GMU 51
in the mail today.Deer should follow in about a week.

Congrats Dan. I'm still working on the east coast but will be hunting in my usual spot in Sep (muzzle loader).

Good luck on your muzzy hunt and I hope you take a good one also.

I will be chasing them with my bow this year in the same unit I have hunted all of my life.

Co Hunt....good luck on your string hunt.....are the kids getting into bows yet? As to your same area, some folks are smart enough to stick with a place they know.......then,
for some of us the grass is always greaner....LOL. I hunted the east side of 15 till it got over crowded n the beetles hit it...bout 15 years.

Dan,

Thanks! The boys have been archery hunting elk the last two years. The boys 0 the elk 2 so far, buts thats how you learn. My daughter is going to give archery a go this year for elk also.
