i have for sale a large hunting camp/lodge for sale in the lincoln national forest/ sacramento mountains. address is:

sits right in the middle of the national forest...
lets start with the inside;
has large living area, with 5' wide fireplace(w/blowers), large plasma flat screen tv.., eating area to seat up to about 15 people at a time. kitchen with stove, 2-refrigerators, 2-freezers
downstairs has 4-bedrooms with 2-sets of bunk beds and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. a library/computer room
and aroom i use as a little store, also able to get a resturaunt/bed breakfast license.
upstairs we use as an apartment and office area..
can sleep 25 to 30 people.. outside a deck with 2 hot tubs on the back overlooking the small sacramento river that has trout in it..
out front a large parking lot with room for about 10 rv sights if wanted...
sits on a little over an acre with more lota around it available.. awesome hunting : elk, white tail, mule deer, mountain lion, bear, turkey, ferrell hog and oryx near by... also a small airport within a min. from lodge, people use to fly small aircrafts here.
satellite tv and wireless internet already hooked up.

asking price:$325,000.00 o.b.o trades on partial maybe accepted depending on what it is????
