Truck Gun

Last fall I won a Ruger SS 10/22 at a banquet as I already had 2 other 10/22s didn't know what to do. Well it had a black plastice stock and a SS barrel though maybe it would make a good truck gun. Did not want to scope it though and old eyes not very good with open sights, so I put a Williams Guide Receiver Sight Kit on it. This has a fiber optic front sight that has to replace the issue one, so I fitted it in the dovetail. Finally got it to the range yesterday. Cold and windy, but it proved to be a very good combition at 25 yds. Even with the factory trigger could put 10 shots into an inch from the bench., well maybe 1.25"s. Think it will be a good truck county.
