Learn somthing new every day. Everyone raises plain old green peas up here.
Never was into pea soups much until a bunch of guys working on a big construction project decided to throw a dinner for us yankees at our Eagles Club. They were a bunch of southern boys that had come up here for the work. A few of them went south to get the fixins. Best dang eatin on this earth. Never heard of half of the stuff they served but it sure was good. |
