CVA silver something..50 cal
I found a CVA (not too fond of them) silver something or other 50 cal with all the fixings..powder etc for $125..is this the average price of used one or worth getting?..I shoot now a TC 54 renegade and love it but am looking for a spare for the kids to use..thanks in advance.

Is a flint....am sure it would need some attention..could not get much spark action from it .. just don't seem to be much force from the hammer..and sure new pc flint all that would be in the works....anyhow, i still have not purchased it..tks for reply.

I passed on the CVA..got an almost like new TC 50 cal Hawkins flintlock with more fixins than I could carry without a shopping bag...same price as the CVA..sure glad I waited, put word out was looking..still like the ole 54 though..had to dig it out while shooting in the 50..but now have Christmas gift for the daughter.
