Tulsa.

Ed I have to go back east to the docs in late March early April. When is Tulsa? If it is close to when I am returning I may be able to do it. My next show I am going to do after one in Wy March 15th or so is one in Riverton Wy. Wy Weapons Collectors. Time is the thing that runs me.. Got to try to find a few fairly priced guns.

Today I got in touch with a fellow here in Wy. Went to look at the whole bunch of stuff he wanted to sell from an estate. Oy Vey!! Did I get some stuff. 25 new bullet moulds including one New in Box H&G 41 mag 4 cavity box was postmarked 65..thge other was an as new 452 for 45 auto..also in the box. Most of the moulds were new or as new. 4 cavity Lymans new in the boxes 14000 primers for a 100 bucks 35 lbs of unopened older powders also 100 bucks. 90 lbs of cast sized lubed bullets for 40 bucks. Enough small stuff to keep me busy going through it for a few days..and 27 sets of dies..among other things. I even got a Ransom machine rest with 4 sets of grip plates. All looks new. Grip adapters have never been out of the box. Lots more stuff. About 30 sizing dies for Star sizers. And some for the Lyman 45 sizer I got too. It was a good day. More stuff to look at this weekend. Another fellow and I bought 45,000 rounds of commercial once fired pistol brass..9s 40s and 45s. I didn't want the 40s but we'll get it sold I bet.

Venders out!

I saw where the PA outdoor show for Harrisburg has had a huge group of venders pull out over the venue disallowing the display of what they feel are Assault style weapons and then added other weapons to the list. They may have even cancelled the event. I haven't heard anything about the Allegheny Outdoor Sports show in Pittsburgh, PA on the second weekend of February.

This is why I did not attend the Denver Sports Expo this year.

Did another gun show this weekend.

It's late and I am tard. but did a gun show in Billings Mt this weekend. I can't say it was the best show I ever did....but I surely did buy a bunch of stuff. Sold a whole bunch of bullet moulds..37 over the weekend. Only bought 6. Also sold 41 sets of dies. Mostly pistol cals but a lot of rifle dies too. Powder is getting even harder to find but I still sold 60 lbs. Bought an 8lb AA 5744 for a really GREAT price. I surely don't need it all so will spread it around with some other users of the Savage Smokeless powder muzzleloaders. I now have 4 of them as I bought another today with a laminated Thumbhole stock. Great shootin rifles. Got a nice little S&W 4 inch kit gun M-34 22 cal handgun. For a very fair price. Still lookin for a 4 inch S&W M-57 in 4 inch. I did buy one of the rifles I have been looking for though. Been looking for a Kimber Light Varminter in 22-250. Found one new in the box. Got it from an older fellow who bought it last year who got the rifle bought rings and bases a Leupold VX-II 4-12 x 40 and never even put it all together. Paid a bit much. But it was almost exactly what I was looking for. Only thing coulda been better..I has a fluted Stainless Steel bbl. I would have preferred blue. Yeah I know..complaining again. But the best part of this show. I actually came home with more money than I went with and got lotsa crap...er....lotsa GREAT Stuff
