Wink Springs a comin'!

Well the clover, wild onions, and flowers are startin' to get deep in the yard. The fruit trees are startin' to bloom, and the pines are gettin' ready to turn everything for four hundred miles yellow. I am startin' to get cabin fever a little with the PTSD problems, and I can't handle crowds and towns still, but danged if I ain't startin' to chomp at the bit to get a little shootin' and fishin' in.

How bout you?

Richard

not quite

decided it would be a good idea to pull the boat from the backyard up onto to driveway pad while the ground was still frozen. But....its not !

Underneath the sugar snow was mud.....and the snow tires came off last week

I'd post pics of the mess but I cant even look at it right now

So much for being ready to prep her for the water at the first REAL sign of Spring here

No idear on the quick reply thingy Skeet, I ain't figured that one out myself yet.

Well it's well an truly springy-ish here. It's been mid to upper 70sF during the day and lows in the 30s-50s at night. So the AC unit right now thinks that somebody is torturing it.

Got all the way up to 81F here today. Pine pollen makes everything kinda yellowish green, and I wake up feeling like there's an extra quart or two of gunk in my head every morning. I would post pictures, but well. I'm just lazy this week.

Thunder-boomer came through last night and dumped about a quart of rain. Other than that we are still pretty dry at the moment. Was up close to the 80sF today and nice out again, particularly since the little spat of rain knocked the pollen out of the air for a wee bit.
