Noticing the recent flap on Armadillo/leprosy.....growing up as a kid in Texas, we usta bbq these in deer camp all the time. I thought they were good. Any one else ever try these? I can't see it hurt me........................

OK Fellas, the reason I called this meeting..........well, simple...we are hungry. And its almost BBQ Season again!!! So lets all share your favorite MANBeef recipes!!!

For myself, I found a nice bacon rub, with brown sugar, rub, and let sit for at least 5 days, then smoke for about 2 hours at 140F, finish at 200F until internal temperature reaches 160F. For smoke wood I like hickory, alder, or applewood. Slice and serve fresh, or slice and freeze. Then thaw and serve, or fry in a pan and serve with eggs and toast!!! YUM!!

Say, when was the last time anyone saw Rocky or Doc? And who has most recently fired up their BBQ?

Holy ManBeef, we're coming up on fifteen years on this thread. It's practically a career.
