Who has EVER used the RCBS Stuck Case Tool?

When you are 3 drinks in and decide to start decapping cases....the .223 FL die and the universal decapping die look EXACTLY the same....So stuck case removal tools are a good idea to have handy

I have one also, been sitting many many years unused, just waiting for the time I screw up At that time it will be worth its weight in gold.
