bipods

Just curious if anyone has tryed to make a fold up bipod?
successful or not just looking for a few ideas on designs and where to start.

Start looking at Varmint Al's web page. He's got a plan that I think is pretty slick. I built some using his plan. I made mine a few inches longer because I'm a bit taller and expect to be using them while sitting in a chair.

Right on Gary; Built mine using Varmint Als plans; Love them.
You can make them for less than $5.00.
