The treasures I've found so far this year.

So far I've found 74 deer sheds, with 6 being muleys and the rest whitetail. I also found 2 elk sheds. I didn't pick through everything to see all the matches, but there's at least a dozen I know of.

Id say you need a new a 20 x 50 Cabin to house your finds in.

I really like all the full skulls, You have found more this year than i have found my whole life. Impressive collection you have there.

BTW: just box them up and send them here thru UPS

Awesome Jonesy!
Must be cool to be able to find sheds like that in your home territory. Was curious on the skull finds. Can you tell if predator killed them, or lost from hunters?

Went out looking for sheds in gale force winds today for a couple hours. We picked up another 13. This is my wife, she's a real trooper, although she wasn't really wild about having her picture taken.

Nice job. Where do yo put them all? I would have them everywhere! Just pick one side of the garage, and cover it with 'em. Hey, tell the wire not to worry about the pic, we are all outside kinda folks, and our wives put up with us also!

Hmm...I know if I had a collection like that, I'd have me a lot of jackalopes, and so would all my family!

Nice finds..........man you've got some nice genetics down in your area..........some terrific find no doubt.

I've managed to get out 3 times this year, and have picked up 18........and 4 full skulls.........one from a massive 4x4 that rough scored 158 !!

Just two days ago I found a single 4 point that went 61" also.........I'm hoping to find the match this weekend.

I can't wait till things settle down around my house (working shift work, remodeling and starting a business, LOL).....I'd love to get the wife and kids involved.........they'd love it.

Once again congrats on a good year of "hunting"...

Jonesy....I have to ask like Lonewolf...why all the skull finds?...Just old age thing?...pochers letting them lay?...wolves?...Hunters not following up on a shot?...way too many laying around at least in my western pa area...a few lost archery or buck season can be found but nothing like that..and I bet the woods are just crawling with these fine critters during the hunting season....make for some good success....oh...what a nice way to do the family thing outdoors too...good for the wife...

BORN TO BE OUTDOORS......THANKS DAD!

Not many of the racks are from the previous winter. Trust me, it hasn't hurt the population of fine bucks in the areas I look. I would say most are EHD mortality, the rest are really hard to tell. I found most out of two areas, and they don't get any hunting pressure. I have some areas I would like to check this next spring, I don't have the time to get to all the places before the grass gets tall.

Jonesy,
Your growing whitetails!? where do you get the seeds at? Looks like the one on the far right is ready to pick! Nice finds!
