Mule Deek Hunting Magazines?
I am sort of stumped looking for a magazine that caters to the Mule Deer hunter. I found one on the news stand that claims to be (and I quote) "the only publication dedicated 100% to mule deer". Well I find that it is mostly dedicated to guide & outfitters not to the hunter who hunts as my granddad, my dad and I have done forever...find where they live and go after them!
Is there any pub out there that is published for the hunter who can hunt and kill game utilizing his own skills?

Eastmans Hunting journal is a good magazine but it does include all western big game. I do not know of any mule deer only publications. I think that may be too narrow of a topic to sell enough copies to be profitable for the publisher.

They do have a Muledeer Society, like the RMEF. I'm sure you would have to join to get a magazine, but that may not be a bad thing. I'm not sure of the name, but I'll bet you could find it with a search engine if you wanted. I'm also not sure what the magazine would be like. Don't know if it is any good or not. Good luck to you

It appears as if the Mule Deer Foundation is the best!
