Looking for receptionist desk

We have a new reception area but don't have a desk/counter type setup. Any ideas where to find something like that? Lots of business furniture out there but not in the config we are looking for.
Thanks,
Allen

Stroll into the lobby of Snap-On tools. Ask 'em where they got theirs.

(For those who don't know, Skinny lives a half-mile from their headquarters.)

Take a look for the locval millwork guy. .a cabinet shop of some sort.. get it custom made to fit your area.. and it might be even cheaper than buying it ready made.

If you cannot find a receptionist desk out of Staples' furnitire catalog, I would be extremely surprised. I am ordering my entire desk setup from them.

Thanks for the responses. Ended up contacting the Bush final solution err I mean Solution Center.
We are looking at this layout: http://www.bushfurniture.com/bushind...0/corlrg10.htm
Also have a call into a local finish carpenter.

Looks not bad.. I am used to the companies around here getting the desk made for them.. but we have a couple good local cabinet companies (for a small town that is unusual)

Didn't check out the link Skinny because I don't have DSL here yet. I've been waiting on it for almost 2 months now, so don't get me started on that.

Anyway, I have bought the Bush Advantage stuff about 3 years ago and it was really nice for what I was using it for. I was going to go that route again from Office Depot until I flipped through the Staples furniture catalog and found a set that I really like with glass framed doors on the bookshelves. It gives me a little more elegant look in my office, but my office isn't a reception area. The stuff I am getting is the Cambridge Collection from Room Additions. I have a couple pieces sitting in the garage already, but I have to finish the base in the office before I can start putting them together. You should see what my office looks like right now. Complete disaster, but it works.
