Question for other Texans out there.
Anybody else heard anything about this BS water well tax they are trying to pass? You know the one where they can charge you for water pumped from your own well?

That Rumor went around here ion Maryland a few years ago. I think it is like an Urban Legend type crap that gets circulated from time to time

I sure hope so, I don't want to have to watch the backlash when and if that kind of garbage ever passes into law. They have already decided you cannot burn on your own land without a permit now. . . . . not that anybody is going to pay attention to it, but it don't take a rocket scientist to see where this kinda stuff is leading.
