Bolt Action Mazda (true story):

Bubba is returning from an sucessful hunt at the deer camp. Pulling out onto the main highway, he sees a doe by the road. This doe is ALWAYS at the same spot every time he comes out to the highway. He pulls off the road onto the shoulder going 10 MPH to chase the doe off, and she just stands there and get hit and knocked out into the center of the highway! Holy S##T! Bubba hops out pulls his AMT 45ACP Backup out of his pocket and shoots the deer thru the head, knocking a big chunk out of the center yellow line.

Up pulls a State Trooper behind his truck, the trooper gets out, surveys the scene, and says "Did it hurt your truck?" Bubba says no. The trooper then asks "You need some help loading her up?" Bubba says no and drags her over to the truck and tosses her in next to his buck and leaves.

The next day, I'm over at his place looking at the deer hanging as he tells me the story. I look at the doe's side and note two hexagon bruises on her ribs about 10 inches apart. It's the mark that the front license plate bolts made when he hit her.
