Nothing less than the penalty of death will satisfy just about everyone except Couey and his attorney....if he doesnt get it...you can bet...the next time allegations are made against someone for sexual abuse...the last people called will be police...it will be the OK corral in the streets....if the public doesnt get the justice it deserves in this case....everyone will shake their head....and dole out their own punishment next time....including me.....not that the guy would ever walk...but he wouldnt last an hour on the street.....and you would have to hold me back not to hunt him down and kill him...
What I wanna know is something as critical as this case why he wasnt vidoetaped from the moment he was in custody...I truly believe this lawyer conjured up the " I asked for a lawyer, and didnt get it syndrome" why would it ever ever come down to this peice of human garbage word and LE....people are truly pissed around here....

Then you have the Carlie Brushia case, attorney is pulling the same crap for this guy......

Val, The zip code for the fitness center where my daughter works part time has 16 listed offenders. The employees at the center give handouts with pics and addresses to all who pass through their doors. One of these guys was fired from a video store when it his past was brought to the attention of the owner who considered the high number of children in his store. Now the scum bag is trying to make waves about getting fired.

Believe it or not, LEO's lie sometimes too, especially to cover their behind. I truly believe that every action of an LEO should be video taped and people should be allowed to record conversations with LEO's without an LEO having the right to object. That way, no criminals will get off on technicalities and it will not be a he said she said argument in Court. That will also ensure that the bad LEO's get weeded out.

LE is Law Enforcement...LEO is Law Enforcement Officer.....recent update...they say as of yesterday...everything was videotaped...now lets see what happens.....Rubicon...about the guy in the videostore being fired.....this subject is very tricky, and to just go by a zip code flyer on sex offenders...is never the full story....in my early days...I went after everyone listed in my zip code with a vengeance...this was before computers were common place and you had to request by mail who was where...anyway..I went to this apartment building, with a of huge chip on my shoulder..1, to let the neighbors know...2 to let the landlord know and to get rid of him....the landlord was truly amazed..he said "oh you mean John? He lives there with his wife and baby?" Well after digging, I found out this was a nineteen year old kid who got his 16 year old girlfriend pregnant and the father pressed charges...so you got this kid, doing the right thing and has a sex offense charge on his head..another words..along with the sex offender website..you need to be linked with corrections inmate release site..to get a better picture...I could go on and on, but not everyone listed is an excuse for a hangin...alot are dont get me wrong there are some serious bad guys on the site...but there are others who in my opinion got a raw deal...and also keep in mind along with that 16 listed...there might be 16 more who pleaded down to lesser charges and dont have to register..and then of course there are the ones who just havent got caught yet!!!!!!
