Sighting problems

I have been bow hunting for 10 years and I switched from an old flipper rest to an original whisker biscuit rest. I paper tested it and it is tail left. I adjusted
the rest away from the bow until I feel as if I cant get it much better. Since I paper tuned the bow, all my groups are to the right. I moved my pendulum sight to the right as far as it will go. It brought them over, but not far enough. Is my sight off or my rest, or maybe my nock. Could anyone give me any advice to help me figure out what is wrong? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks. Jason
