No, most people still shoot a 3 fletch arrow. A right offset to the fletchings will help stabilize the arrow. Most arrows I see have a slight offset anyway. The only way you could shoot a 4 fletch would be to have a dropaway rest or contact issues would be hard to solve.

What exact head are you asking about?

If its they smaller Slick Trick or Rocket type head that are smaller low profile heads they are usually easy to tune.

Or is is a Larger 4 blade like a Muzzy or Interlock style

Or is it like a Magnus Stinger with a larger main blade and smaller bleeder blades?

Many of the newer smaller low profile heads are very easy to tune and shoot very accurately especially out of faster bows. I always used the old Muzzy 3 blade 100gr with my old bow. But I could not get them to shoot out of my new much faster bow. Most people told me it was just a tuning issue and that it could be solve but after 2 weeks of trying I gave up. I bought some 100gr Wac'Em heads and they fly great no problems at all. I am shooting better and further than I ever did with my old bow.
