EPA Meeting In FT.Edward,...

On Sept.8th there will be a meeting concerning the Dredging Project slated for 2007.
This meeting will cover questions and statements from local citizens.
Where they will be able to voice their concerns about the methods of which will be used to the dredging itself.
It has been rumored that the orginal metheod was going to be done with hydralics,.and now it is being said the a mechanicial device , machine will be used instead.

I myself have seen what the "Dredging" thing can produce.Better habitat for the fish ,ducks,geese and other water loving and living animals.
This is a 10 to 15 year project,..and I have seen the bottom of the Hudson River canal and I have also seen 6 out 12 locks in the area,and caught some very interesting fish out of those waters.
SCARY!!! to say the least !!!

A catfish is not oranage,...with blood rounded eyes!!! it was like a Gold Catfish species.

NOT GOOD!
So I say get on with the dredging ASAP!
Sure it will be loud and it will be an ugly sight,...but hey in that process it will make it better in the long run,For everyone and everything.
