What is a good bear bullet?

I am going on a black bear hunt in alaska and will be carrying a remington 300 ultra mag. I know its thick and you want to drop a bear in its track. I am looking at a 200 or 220 grain bullet. I am wanting to err on the side of caution also. You never know when a brownie might decide hes hungry. I am currently loading 180 grain nosler partition golds and barnes TSX's. I have heard the bear claw is a good bullet. What do you all recommend for bullets and weight in brown bear country.
