Hey!
well i havent been on this site for a while, so i thought i would post an "update" on what ive been up to lol, well im right into bow hunting now! its totally the best way of hunting there is, ive got a new bow this year (Hoyt UltraMag), havent had that much luck in the deer stand tho, seen a doe and a fawn last night and a coon tonight, still waiting for a buck to come walkin on threw lol!
hows everyone else been? any luck with deer yet?

I haven't taken a shot while hunting in the woods. I've seen a couple small bucks and a couple does, but have only been out a couple times so I haven't had a chance to see what they are up to.
The management hunts I do in the city have been good - I've shot a lot of deer so far this year.

If your talking about the managment hunts in the city, I kind a feel the same way - its not the same as being out in the woods.
At the same time, since I've been given the chance to do I won't turn it down. Because of the extended season and unlimited tags, I've been able to shoot more deer in the past two years than most bowhunters will in a lifetime. I can say that the "city" deer have become very difficult to hunt. I can get away with a lot more in the big woods than I can in the city.

yeah i ment the city woods, i would for sure hunt it to if i had the chance, but im sure hunting in the woods is much more of a challenge, at least around here it would be, didnt mean to offend u or anything on my last comment...
well were going to the deer camp tomorrow, i cant seem to get it threw gramps head that bow hunting isnt impossible lol, he seems to think the only way im gonna get a deer is in one of those farms or what ever like on the tv shows, hes so wrong, he bet me 500 dollars that i couldnt get a deer with a bow, humm, what to do with 500 big ones hehe!!!! wish me luck!!!
