Does anyone shoot the competitor single shot.? I'm looking at getting one with a35rem, 44mag,and41mag barrels. Garf.

Have a .357 maximum that shoots 2 inch groups a 300 yards. It`s maybe 5 or 6 years old, so i hope the new ones have better headspacing, and the chambers are`nt all messed up. Have a .264 win mag barrel, and a 22-250 as well, never had a problem with extraction with the rimmed cases, but all kinds of problems with headspace and extraction with the rifle cases. Minium loads for both, anything more blows the case in two. The max makes a bulge in the base, but has not blown any up. Still, they all shoot 1/2 M.O.A., but have to carry a screwdriver with me when i shoot the .264 or the 22-250 to pry out the fired case. Had a 7stw barrel that blew the case with a grain under minimum load, and sent it back. I forget what the guy`s name was that owned it, but if he still does, he`s the biggest dip stick i ever had the displeasure to deal with,(to put it politly). Had the stw barrel ordered for over 2 years, and then it was not even close to being right. I hope they fixed the problems, and maybe they have, since they are still in business. I have a spare action and the 2 barrels if you want to make me an offer, lol.

I just bought the one I was looking at. Shot it with heavey 200gr. loads, wow what a cannon. would be intersted in selling if you know anyone intersted. to much for me. garf
