What did you name your weapon? I named mine Drop-em, My Lady said my T/C Hawken should not have a female name, Well boys, I am 58 y/o and have been a bachelor my whole life, and if I say it's a female, well you know the rest ot THAT story,, I am the man of this habitat and there ain't no woman tellin me what to do..
So I named mine "Drop Em"
Any way, She like's the name of him,,,,,

hobbles,

Good thread. Since I have several favorite muzzleloaders, I would get the names turned about if I assigned names. I am politically correct and go with ".50 Flint", ."54 Renegade caplock" etc.

Smile I got a couple a ladies.

Here's me with my .54 caliber Early Lancaster I called "Lorraine", after my wife whom I married in 1971. The reason: Neither has ever let me down.

And Me, at Ft Ligonier with the other which is my .62 caliber French Tulle de Chase that I called "Erin", after my daughter. She was a high school and collegiate (Univ. of Florida) shot putter. The reason for the naming of the Tulle was that both her and the tulle throw a big, round, ball. And they're good at it.
