Did the Superbowl go the way you expected it to?

I and the wife were rooting fot the Steelers even though we are SD Charger fans. Gotta go with the AFC.

being a skins fan i go for the NFC unless the team from the NFC plowed my skins to get there i didnt think seattle was that much of a threat, i expected the steelers to have at least one crazy reverse, flea flicker, half back option kinda deal so yeah it did. just happy nothing happened in the game or half time that i will have to hear about for the next month

I was happy for Bettis and Cowher, but for the Rooney family too. They stayed with Cowher even though he had some bad seasons. I have always been a Steelers fan, after the Skins of course.

Die hard STEELERS fan here. Thought the half time show stunk. Which commercial did you think was the best?
I kinda got a charge out of the Bud bear.

I'm a Broncos fan, but I had to root for the Steelers because my sister and I went to highschool with #99 Brett Keisel. Brett dreamt of playing in the NFL and going to the Superbowl when he played for the Greybull Buffaloes, but the highschool guidence counselor told him it was just a dream and not reality. Wonder what he has to say now?

Rubicon, the halftime show was a let down, huh?! I know the Stones are a major influence in the music industry, but I think its about time these guys retired. They just can't bring it anymore. They sounded as bad as my band! Yikes!

yeah, pretty much. I am not a fan of Seattle or Pittsburg though, guess you could say I did not have a dog in the fight.

I didnt bet on the game, cause I felt it would bring a jinks. A buddy of mine, who is a gambleholic lost $1800 ! The irony is he had to go on a gambling cruse the next day!

I got to see it here, and was very pleased The only (and I mean only) NFL team I will watch is the Steelers. Kick off was 24:00hrs here, I set the VCR just in case I couldn't hang, but I saw it all.

I liked it because it was not a one sided blow out, nor a silly defense weak sea-saw battle for the highest score befor the clock runs outscore.

I do agree with the calls of the ref, EXCEPT for the below the waist call after Pittsburgh interception.

Too bad I did not get to see any US commercials though, with the international advertising ban I just missed out
