I have never seen anything like it. I wonder if the fish are going for the light. Too bad he's talking french or whatever.

This happens down here alot. Mullet,shad, and carp will do this. The shad and mullet aren't too bad but the invasive species are really dangerous. If your in south Louisiana at night in a boat with a light you may want to bring a helmet.
