Texas Independence Day!

To my fellow Texans,

HAPPY TEXAS INDEPENDENCE DAY! (02 March 1836)

Today is Texas Independence Day, and I wish to remind all Texans that today was the start of it all.

See the link below for the complete text of the Texas Declaration of Independence:

This Saturday is the anniversary of the fall of the Alamo, lets not forget that either. This is the observed day for the fall. The Alamo fell on the 6 of March 1836.

Due to the large number of heroes commonly revered in both states, Tennessee and Texas should recognize mutual dual citizenship. As a Tennessean who spent much of his professional career in the Lone Star State, I'll lift a glass in celebration back here in the Volunteer State this evening.

T for Texas, T for Tennessee.

That's one of the few dual citizenships I would go for.
