Help with project

I have a need to drill holes in Forrester nect turning pilots

One pilot will hold a drill bit. Another pilot will hold a tap.

Working on a "swiss navy" project and need holes to be straight.

Do the pilots need to be annealed then taken to a machinist or what is the best approach.

TIA

Roy

Forget it. JB Weld looks like its going to preclude all of that fancy machining etc.

Learned that JB Weld won't stick to machined smooth metal, either the mandrel or the drill bit.

But, the addition of Super Glue seemed to do the trick.
