KY Right to Carry Update - URGENT

I have just learned this morning that HB 290, which improves the Concealed Carry Permit law and allows use of the permit to substitute for the so-called "instant check" when purchasing a gun, AND SB 38, the "Castle Doctrine" bill, are both awaiting concurrence in the House and Senate respectively before they can become law. If this concurrence does not occur before the legislature adjourns in 2-3 days, these bills are DEAD.
Please contact your state legislators ASAP and urge them to move these bills out of conference and to the Governor for his signature.
