Filson-Great Customer Service!

Good morning Folks!

So often we feel like we get burned after having bad experiences with a company's products, I'd like to report on a very positive experience that I have had with a company's customer service.

I had purchased a waterfowl hunting coat in shelter cloth from Filson several years ago and have put it well through it's paces as both a hunting and chore coat. I've cold water brushed it and have waxed it annually so that it fits my frame and sheds water like a champ. I noticed last week that both of the sleeves were developing small holes along the cuffs.

After calling Filson about the problem last week and sending my coat to their facility for inspection, I was notified first thing this morning that they were going to be sending me out a brand new replacement coat. Needless to say, I was very happy.

Just wanted to share the positive experience and share that Filson does stand behind their clothing!
