Mt. Bike crash!

Day before yesterday I had a car pull out in front of me, obviously didn't see me. So I bit it pretty hard. Took the end of the handlebars to the ribs. Ended up cracking two ribs and seperating a couple more. Also tried to take off my right knee cap and knuckle on my left index finger. I think I have forgot how pleasant breathing used to be. I'm already going stir crazy! I've broke ribs before, but I must be getting older, I don't recall it hurting as bad. Have any of you ever broke your ribs?
