they don't care about your working abilities any more, they want button pushers and bean counters. at least that was the way it was when i was in.

Technical Sergeant

The only problem is that, in my job as the Unit Deployment Manager, I've managed to pi$$ off just about everyone in the squadron (475+ personnel) at some time or another. I'm in trouble when it comes time to tack that stripe on. I just hope they leave me enough arm to shift my Jeep, otherwise I'll be driving home in 2nd gear

congrats tater...tks also...how many years you have in there now? Here in pittsburgh they just force retired after 26 yrs with air guard a friend of mine...
