lone eagle .22-250 & Blue dot

I've been shooting a .22-250 Lone Eagle for a couple years and really like the pistol. I don't hunt with it, just informal target work.
My load is 35g Varget and a 50g A-Max. On ossasion I can manage a moa group @ 100, but 1.5" is the norm.
Reading about the Blue Dot load of 14g and a 45g Hornet bullets interests me and I think I'll try it to try to reduce some of the noise and flash I have now. I just wanted to get some input here hopefully from someone who has tried the load. I think my Lone Eagle is a 12 or 14 twist. Should I use rifle or pistol primers?
Thanks,
BR

First, welcome to HuntChat.

I love those Blue Dot loads, but I have never owned a .22-250, so I can't offer any personal load data.

While I normally recommend that we all look suspiciously at ANY load data that's posted on the internet, the folks here are pretty savvy and wouldn't post anything dangerous.
