Another WWII Vet has been called home
Just wanted to let let any Veterans on the board know that another comrade has been called home to The Lord.
My Grandfather who was a SeaBee in WWII and a very proud Veteran passed away yesterday morning. He is Survived by his wife, 1 brother, 3 children, 6 grandkids, and 10 great grandchildren. Pop was born 3/4/1927 and died 9/8/2006. I can only imagine being born in that day and age and living to see all the changes that have transpired over the years of his life. He was/ is a great man and will be missed by many people, family and friend. Farewell Pop, Nick and I will make sure Nan gets taken care of just the way you would have taken care of her if you were here to do it yourself. |

Sorry to hear of his passing, I'm sure that he would be glad you're taking care of his wife. Prayers go out to you. May God Bless each of you and don't forget all those beautiful memories that you have of the ones that have passed, they may be gone but they will live on in your memories
