That darn T/C company,

they did it to me again,,,
I lost the blot to hold the lock in the stock of the 50 cal weapon I am puttin together for my wife, So I called T/C and told em, The lady on the phone said I would have it for christmas, I tried to pay for it, but she just said marry Christmas, I know it's only $.95, But the postage, the time and the part does ad up after a while, They have done it to me before, ( sent me parts I needed and not took my CC number ) I don't think I will ever own any other weapon then a T/C, I owe em that, \

Ruger will do the same thing on small parts. Dealing with companies like that makes you want to continue buying their stuff, and they know that too.

Its always great to hear that large companies keep customer service first.

I wish some of the places around here would keep that in mind when I have to wait 60 minutes on the phone (on hold) or have poor service at a food establishment.

I recently posted a reply on Reloaders Nest about T/C.

In the early 80's I was heavily involved in Ihmsa shooting. I had 3 T/C's that I used at that time And practiced 3 times per week and shot matches on weekends. Practice sessions were 60 rounds minimum. These firearms were used heavily. Almost to the point of abuse.

That called for a lot of cleaning and firearm tear downs. In this process I used a lot of springs, pins etc. T/C almost without exception sent the parts to me free of charge.

I can not praise their customer service and their firearms enough. About 75% of my hunting is done with T/C's pistols, either Contenders or Encores. I love them. They made me a better hunter.

Thompson Center gets a 100%, A+ rating from me. Their products are "THE REAL DEAL".

Coincidently, I receive no residuals for this testimony.

Best Wishes, Bill
