Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everybody. We opened presents tonight because tomorrow will be extremely busy, and my brother-in-law and sister-in-law surprised me with a decorative decoy that I had been thinking about buying for quite some time. Of course, my wife has something to do with it. However, what will probably be the best time of the entire trip will be time spent with the in-laws. Spent a good amount of tonight teaching them how to make crustoli, an italian dough pastry, and tomorrow morning I'll be teaching my father-in-law and brother-in-law how to change a water pump on their 1995 Cherokee. We'll be leaving at noon Christmas day so that we can have Christmas dinner with my family.

I hope everybody gets to spend time with their family this holiday season.
