Ding ding ding ding.... LOL... The really Sad and actually maddening thing is, this is the same Media that will be screaming that the Semi Auto Handguns and Rifles should all be banned. They don't know the differnece enough to post the correct picture next to a story about a suicide (Russian Roulette)

Huh?

No automatic in the picture I saw. It is a 5 shot Smith and Wesson revolver.

BTW I left them a couple of comments about blaming the idiot not the gun. It really is a shame this stuff happens but it does.

It looks like they caught the mistake and changed the photo.

Yeah, its a revolver now. But its a 5-shot! It still does not completely match the story.

Here we go again with the media and the sub photos behind the reporter. They know what they are doing when posting the picture of the semi. Same goes when they state a truck driver crashes into a car loaded with a family. Yep, now what picture did you see in your mind when reading that?...Just the one they wanted you to see. Turns out to be a 4 cyl Toyota 2 wheel drive rusted pickup truck..but they made you think bad of a truck driver..Probably their wife took off with a truck driver..lol....Media again...thanks all for spotting that and those that contacted the media to let them know you spotted the scam......it doesn't work to well when you load 5 rounds in a 6 shooter and play the game either...

My last post to the paper

Had to make one last post on their page. Shame the kid killed himself but Stupid is just that. I do feel for his family.

Seems as though a lot want to feel "sorry" for the kid. I do feel sorry for the parents. The kid(?) lost his life and the parents lost part of their family to a stupid act. In this politically correct age we want to blame everything on something other than the truth. Felicia above said she went to school with this boy and he was a "good" friend. I'm even sorry for her loss of a friend. But if this boy/man had been taught about guns and sharp instruments like knives when he was a kid he certainly wasn't in class during the teaching. I grew up around those things and boy, I knew at the age of 3 not to put a gun to your head or go waving a knife around and to leave dangerous things alone. Putting the gun to his head was ridiculous...pulling the trigger was stupid. And to do all those things as a lark...and ending up killing himself was tragic...but still STUPID. Yeah, I know I seem a little cold about this but after seeing some of the stupid things I saw while working as a paramedic and firefighter, calling a spade a spade...and not a heart... is part of the territory!

I didn't see the semi but they talk about a six round cylinder and a 1 in 6 chance. The revolver pictured has a five round cylinder. They still haven't got it right

Hey Muledeer,

Have found a fellow over this way that has a Barrett semi auto in 50BMG(of course). Has only been shot about 8 times. He is interested in selling. Is $4500 a fair buy? I know they are expensive but don't know how much they run. What kind do you run??
