first bird!!!
well i got my first eastern turkey this morning at 9:53 worked him for over a hr buddy was calling for me had been misting rain then quit fired up the old raspy hen &he was hooked ! wore this big ole boy out here's the stats new to all this turkey talk!
11"beard 25mm spurs 21.5lbs here's the kicker buddy stepped of the shot 74 yrds!! only shot i had used rem hevi-shot 3.5" #5's i probably hunt another 10 before i beat this one ! if i hadn't seen anything it was still great hearing him gobble you guy's that read this have a safe hunt

WE HAVE A FALL & SPRING SEASON HERE!
