Kinda got Adopted
A young couple over at Buffalo Creek were moving and had to get rid of a pair of Springers. 6yr old NM..Bode and Marley.......you guessed it, the geezer now is blessed with both of them!These things have settled in like they were born here....they can't replace my Lab.....but it seems more like home.They had to go as a package....same litter.

Congrats on the new dogs. My parents were talking about getting another Springer this evening. That is the breed of dog we had for most of our childhood. We got him, Brownie, when I was 9 and my littlest sister was 3 or 4 months old. He lived to be 13 years old, so I had him around until I was about 22. He was an awesome dog. I'm going to work on my parents a little. My dad wants the dog, but my mom is debating it.

They ain't too happy with me at the moment.......they got a
bath that was LONG overdue!!!! Actually, both are curled up on either side if the chair...........owners were woried that they wouldn't adjust....... sheesh, they act like they were born here. I never asked about any hunting back ground. Dan

Dan they are such a nice breed. We got a tricolor 3 years ago she was 2 years old at the time she was my best friends dog he passed away and his widow let me have her. has been a pleasure to have around. just wish she was not so skidish about noise.....won't ride in my jet boat.
