Reset on New Posts Wayyyyy to Fast
I'm always logged in when I come to HC, and when I click on the New Posts, very few, and sometimes none come up. I'd suggest setting the clock quite a bit longer on resets, i.e., not nearly so often. Who cares if there's 3 or 4 pages of new posts, at least I'd get to see them without searching all the time!! Anyway, just a thought. Some sites I'm on have a dozen pages of new posts, I fund that much easier to cover a broad range of new items than seeing very few or none at all. I get impatient and don't stick around as long as I would if there was more new stuff to view or comment on, Waidmannsheil, Dom.

I am always logged in as well, and I don't find any resets... I will sometimes be gone an entire day and only find a couple new posts..

Thanks Toxic -- but then I must say Mods have a DIFFERENT view or different settings. I find it a disadvantage and just thought I'd voice my suggestion.
I think it resets every hour for me, but once every 24 hours would be much better! |

I'm with them guys. I miss a lot of posts also. But I'm not computer literate and thick as a brick so maybe in my ignorance I'm not missing anything at all.
I did miss a post where some one said they would send me something and I did not see it till it was a month old. Best wishes, Bill |
